February 2006 BAR – “ONLY QUALIFIED PERSONS CAN DRAW,
PREPARE OR ENDORSE INSTRUMENTS”
The Bar Association has in a letter to the Acting Administrator
and Registrar-General drawn his attention to the fact
that pursuant to section 24 (1)
of the Legal Practitioner's Act No. 15 of 2000, only qualified
persons can draw, prepare and endorsenstruments. The Bar
also placed several adverts in local newspapers to inform
